My Story

In 2025, my family and I experienced the heartbreak and emotional roller coaster of not just one, but two ectopic pregnancies. There is no easy way to describe or navigate the emotional journey that comes with this, and it has had a profound impact on our lives. Every woman’s body responds differently, both physically and emotionally, and unfortunately I very recently went through these symptoms for a second time, which has been incredibly difficult for both me and my family.

During this time, I turned to some unhealthy coping habits to try to block out the pain. After reflecting, I made the decision to channel that energy into something positive. I’ve signed up to run a 5K to raise money and awareness for The Ectopic Pregnancy Trust, an organisation that has supported me through one of the hardest periods of my life.

For many people, a 5K might seem manageable, but for me this will be a huge personal achievement — I can’t even run to the end of the street 😂. My family and I would be incredibly grateful for any support in helping us raise funds and awareness for other families who may have to go through what we did.
